Whether you require daily support within a Supported Independent Living arrangement, temporary accommodation during a period of transition, or a more tailored living solution through Individualised Living Options, our team is committed to helping you build the skills and confidence needed to live life your way.
Where required, our Accommodation and Living Supports can be complemented by Teragon Care’s professional Community Nursing services, providing participants with access to both daily living support and clinical care from one trusted provider.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Supported Independent Living (SIL) provides participants with ongoing assistance to live as independently as possible while receiving the support they need to achieve their goals. Our experienced support workers assist with everyday activities, helping participants build confidence, develop life skills and maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
Supports may include personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, medication prompts, community access and assistance with daily routines, all delivered in a way that promotes choice, dignity and independence.
Short & Medium Term Accommodation
Our Short Term Accommodation (STA) and Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) services provide safe, supportive and flexible living options for participants who require temporary accommodation. Whether you’re seeking respite, transitioning between living arrangements or waiting for long-term housing solutions, we can help.
Participants benefit from a welcoming environment, personalised support and opportunities to build independence, develop social connections and enjoy meaningful experiences while their accommodation needs are being met.
Individualised Living Options (ILO)
Individualised Living Options (ILO) are designed around the unique needs, goals and preferences of each participant. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, ILO allows participants to create living arrangements that reflect how and where they want to live while receiving the right level of support.
We work closely with participants, families and support networks to explore suitable options, build sustainable support arrangements and create a home environment that promotes independence, inclusion and long-term wellbeing.
