At Teragon Care, we believe meaningful community participation plays an important role in building confidence, independence and overall wellbeing. Our Community Participation and Transport services support participants to access the people, places and activities that matter most to them, helping them remain active and connected within their local community.
Whether you’re looking to attend social events, participate in recreational activities, access education or employment opportunities, or simply build greater independence in your day-to-day life, our dedicated support team is here to assist. We focus on creating opportunities that align with individual interests, goals and aspirations while promoting inclusion and community engagement.
For participants with more complex health needs, our support team can work alongside Teragon Care’s Registered Nurses to ensure participants can safely access their community, attend appointments and participate in activities that support their goals and wellbeing.

Community Participation
Our Community Participation supports help participants take part in social, recreational and community-based activities that align with their interests and goals. We provide encouragement and practical assistance so participants can build confidence, explore new opportunities and feel more connected to their local community.
This may include attending events, joining local programs, visiting community spaces, developing social skills or taking part in activities that support independence and wellbeing.

Travel & Transport Assistance
Our Travel and Transport Assistance services help participants get where they need to go safely and reliably. We support access to appointments, shopping, education, employment, community activities and other everyday destinations that are important to maintaining independence and staying connected.
Transport support is delivered in a respectful and flexible way, helping participants feel confident accessing their community while reducing barriers to daily life.

Group & Centre Activities
Our Group and Centre Activities provide participants with opportunities to connect with others, develop new skills and take part in structured activities within a supportive environment. These programs are designed to promote social interaction, confidence building and meaningful participation.
Activities may include recreational programs, skill-building sessions, group outings, creative activities and other opportunities that encourage connection, inclusion and personal growth.
